Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Scheduling and Appointments:
All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by direct agreement. Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled sessions on time.

Cancellations:
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of [ 0 ] or forfeiture of the session.

Refunds:

• Payments for coaching packages are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend a session and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will gladly reschedule your session.
